The roll was fresh and crispy. However overall the bread was so-so as compared to
Robuchon's.

Slow-cooked lamb shoulder with seasonal vegetables and sweet
harissa.

I have only tried the
lavender marshmallow (right) because I did not feel well that day and so had given up the rest of sweets. But it was tasty.
