金沢・湯涌 山音(やまね) - 2
一大早就起來浸溫泉, 被寧靜的樹林包圍, 是最好不過的開始。
浸過溫泉浴, 胃口大開, 來個日式早餐, 吃白米飯加簡單配菜令人精神爽利。
想起曾有好幾個港女大嚷:'邊有人早餐食飯咁飽0架?' 其實亞洲好多國家的人都是早餐吃飯的。
漬物: 梅, 醬油昆布 (左前)、菓物 (後)
溫泉卵 (左)、
小松菜煮物 (中)
、いかしそ和え (右)
溫泉卵和烏賊拌紫蘇都是我早餐的良伴! 拌著飯吃, 絕對是一種小幸福。
燒魚:
カンパチ
女將放下這魚時, 告訴我們這魚是
'カンパチ' (間八)。
其實在北陸一帶, 他們會為之為'アカイオ', 但見我們是外國人就用上普遍的東京名稱, 頗細心。
以小的カンパチ
作早餐燒魚還是第一次。
野菜と豆腐の八方煮
清淡的高湯煮蔬菜, 為前一晚的豐富晚餐解膩。
