Patisserie, Hyatt Regency Shatin
好朋友在沙田凱悅酒店的草地
舉行婚禮。儀式完結之後,喝過香檳,一行人就到酒店的patisserie,順道試試其名物蘋果批。
餅店外有幾張桌椅,亦有賣飲品,可給顧客即時享用包點。
除了蘋果批,也選了一件blueberry danish. 這件餅外表吸引,酥皮挺身,藍苺粒粒飽滿,外塗一層糖漿添上
光澤及甜美。酥皮很脆,用叉子輕切就聽到它淸脆地分離,它牛油下得輕,所以不油膩,但亦因此酥皮是偏硬。好吃得來感覺清怡。
名物蘋果批。同樣是牛油下得少,所以批皮較乾。餡料內的蘋果仍然爽脆濕潤,調味得很清甜,玉桂用得點到即止。配上凍咖啡,就是一個愉快的下午。
